![]() This causes a Fibrillation of our heart’s Atrials. Atrial Fibrillation is a heart condition where the SA Node, located at the upper part of our right atrial, and is responsible for generating our Sinus pulse, is malfunctioning. ![]() Through Sense 2, alerts for atrial fibrillation and other aberrant heart rhythms can be sent (afib). You have the option to send them immediately, at the end of the day, or at the end of the week. The alerts are intended to increase awareness, and the Fitibt app may then offer instructions on how to handle and recognise stress factors. These “bodily responses,” might be brought on by stress, excitement, or drugs like caffeine that cause a stress reaction in your body. If the watch notices a “body reaction,” as described by Fitbit, it will notify you. ![]() The most recent software update for Sense 2 now offers practical advice to help you manage your stress in addition to stress measurement. The Sense 2 has a body response sensor that measures continuous electrodermal activity (cEDA) throughout the day in addition to on-the-spot electrodermal activity (EDA), heart rate, and skin temperature data. You can accomplish this by placing your hand on the watch’s casing as it measures. Similar to the original Sense watch, the Sense 2 measures your level of stress via electrodermal activity (EDA) responses on your skin. The wristwatch, which includes stress-management software, is designed to give users a comprehensive picture of their emotional and physical well-being. Fitbit promises the battery will last up to six days, depending on how you use it and whether or not you enable features like the always-on display. It is 15% lighter and 10% thinner than the original. The left side of the Sense 2 now has a genuine button in place of the previous capacitive one with vibration feedback. Fitbit has added a sensor to measure “body reaction” for the first time ever. The Fitbit Sense 2’s sensors enable the monitoring of vital signs such as heart rate, heart rate variability, and even skin temperature. It costs less than $200 for those looking for a slightly more advanced but not budget-busting device. Pre-orders are open now, and it’s expected to start shipping between September and November 2021. With its compact design and clean rectangular display, the Fitbit Charge series falls between the Inspire and Versa lines, offering a wide range of features for such a compact gadget. They are easy to use and come with a great companion app that gives you informative charts and graphs to help you understand how much you have exercised, what you have eaten, and how much water you have had to drink each day and night. They’ll even track your specific activity via the dedicated sports modes. Google now owns Fitbit so you get the backing of a large company that invests in the quality of its products. ![]() When my sister and I eventually returned to pick out her perfect houseplant, I realized why (beyond the beer and coffee) I keep coming back. ![]() Babygreens carries an impressive array of indoor plants - from small succulents to large tropical palms. Though I’d intended to purchase a fiddle leaf fig tree for my sister’s birthday, there were far too many greens to choose from. Chill tunes (like Ray Lamontagne, Phosphorescent, and Phoebe Bridgers) fueled the laid-back vibe, making me feel right at home. I visited a few times before making a purchase. If you have a question, the friendly folks behind the counter are more than happy to assist you. Or, settle in at one of the small tables for happy hour. You can sip a local beer (they usually have Aslan Batch 15 on tap) and browse at will. And that’s exactly why I sip and shop there.īabygreens is equally enjoyable as a cafe and plant shop - there’s never any pressure to purchase plants. Yet as trendy as it may seem on Instagram, there’s nothing unapproachable or pretentious about Babygreens. This tiny plant shop and cafe in downtown Bellingham is the trendiest place in town to peruse houseplants while enjoying coffee, wine, cider, or beer. ![]() Perhaps my favorite place for year-round sipping and shopping in Bellingham is Babygreens. Here are a few of my favorite sip and shop spots in Bellingham and Whatcom County. Next time you need to buy a gift or product, consider supporting local Bellingham businesses - beer (or wine, cider, spirits, you name it) in-hand! So why not make it fun? That’s the philosophy behind “sip and shop” - one of my newfound favorite ways to experience Bellingham. For many folks, shopping is a chore: just another thing you have to get done. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Updates and releases will still be posted, as will the questions thread for those needing help. Please note, the subreddit is currently closed to new user submissions, as part of the ongoing Reddit fiasco. It can help make the community's region and legends browsing tools better.Want to start playing? Read this sidebar! If you succeed in figuring out how to find out whether a region is reanimating in the file format, do share this knowledge. It's also possible for multiple booleans to be 'packed' into one flag together, which would make my idea for locating this not work. Note that the game may have 'flattened' the pointers instead of just taking 8 bytes to point to where in the file the vector is located, it may just be directly in the data structure, with some additional field indicating the length. These are the only four possible byte patterns (ignoring the unknown integer) for these 7 bytes. (Note: numbers are always little-endian). So it's likely the save game format would contain data formatted like 01 xx xx xx xx 01 00 D0 8A evil, reanimatingĠ0 xx xx xx xx 01 00 D0 8A evil, not reanimatingĠ0 xx xx xx xx 00 01 D0 8A good (never reanimating)Ġ0 xx xx xx xx 00 00 D0 8A neutral (never reanimating) The interesting part is that the evil/good bools are very close to the reanimating bool. Surmising the information from the structures, you would search for data formatted like so (if the structure were serialized into world.dat, you would get this): len objĨ pointer to pop vector (populations for all creatures).ġ percentage of vegetation to kill on embarkġ boolean indicating reanimating <= the bit we're interested in.ġ boolean indicating evil <= always 1 if reanimating is 1.ġ boolean indicating good <= always 0 if reanimating is 1.Ģ Always contains the value -30000 <= very useful to locate our data. There's a pointer to this name in the world_region struct, followed by the information below. You could find this struct by searching for the region name in the file (encoded in ASCII). Looking at the structures, you would need to find where in the file the world_region structs are located. Some publicly known information is listed in the wiki, the magic strings in there might help you locate the data. The df-structures ( also see this structure) project may provide more insight in reverse-engineering the binary format. Unfortunately there is no documentation as to the specific descriptor for being reanimating. You would need to decompress it first, then open it with a hex editor. You can look around in your world.dat file located in the save game folder. Undead creatures hint a reanimating biome. You can check if it includes the !!FUN!! creatures you are interested in. You can also use its CLI region-pops list Īllowing you to list the regional populations of all wild animals in a certain biome. It functions much like the normal game's embark search tool. Read the forum topic for a complete guide to all the options in this expanded embark finder. In-game, it can do so via the Embark Assistant. ![]() Using a few commands or using the advanced tools injected into the game by dfHack you can obtain this info with a little effort:įor starters, DFhack can tell you this property of a region. Trial and error is a reasonable solution: about 50% of all terrifying locations should be reanimating. Being near a necromancer tower also should more often net you reanimating biomes. In particular, terrifying locations tend to be more likely to zombify the dead. In order for a region to be reanimating, it has to be evil. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Since macOS has a built-in Terminal app, you won't have to reach far for a command prompt: Gain greater control of your Mac in general.sh scripts that increase your productivity Combine several terminal commands into.Use ssh to securely connect to servers where your websites are hosted.Host websites on your local machine using ngrok.Unlock advanced Git commands not available with GitHub Desktop.Use npx to download and configure templates such as create-react-app.Use npm to configure and run scripts such as webpack.Learning the terminal will enable you to complete tasks you already do (like navigate files and folders) more quickly as well as unlock new capabilities that make you more productive: Since I am convinced you’ll be spending more time in the terminal after this tutorial, I’ll also show you how to take the plain-looking terminal that comes with your Mac and turn it into something that looks like the screenshot below: Why do I need the terminal?
